Once you confirm this service notice, it is deemed that you have read and understood the entire content of this risk warning notice in detail and voluntarily accept Tetherxpress's withdrawal service; it is deemed that you have sufficient understanding of the risks of withdrawing money and are willing to bear the risks and legal responsibilities that may be faced by operating the withdrawal.

Tetherxpress now makes the following risk warning notice and statement:

1. Asset ownership change: Once the withdrawal is completed to other platforms or addresses, the asset will be controlled by the individual/platform of the withdrawal address;

2. The platform cannot recover: Once the withdrawal is completed, the platform will not be able to assist you in recovering the withdrawn assets;

3. Withdrawing to untrusted platforms causes asset loss: Due to the inducement of others, the withdrawal is made to untrusted platforms such as capital disks/pyramid schemes, resulting in the inability to withdraw the currency from the platform;

4. Non-repayment of loans: Due to the loan relationship, the withdrawal is made to another person's address, and the person no longer returns it, resulting in asset loss;

5. Involving money laundering risks: Under the entrustment or inducement of others, assisting others to buy coins and then withdrawing coins, involving participation in money laundering, resulting in assisting others to commit crimes, and causing individuals to be held accountable by the judiciary;

6. Wrong address: Due to personal errors in filling in the address, the withdrawal is made to the wrong address, resulting in the inability to recover assets.

7. Risks of participating in ICO: ICO crowdfunding is a high-risk investment behavior. Please make careful judgments. Please do not withdraw coins directly to the ICO crowdfunding address, which will result in you being unable to receive the digital assets raised by crowdfunding.

8. Risks caused by force majeure: including but not limited to war, financial market crisis, natural disasters, major political events, hacker attacks, computer virus outbreaks and other unavoidable and insurmountable force majeure events, as well as any other unpredictable or other risks that may cause losses in the withdrawal operation. The user shall bear any losses caused by force majeure and accidental risks;

9. Any losses caused by user fault: The fault includes but is not limited to: wrong decision-making, improper operation, forgetting or leaking passwords, passwords being cracked by others, personal computer systems being hacked by third parties, and losses caused by malicious or improper operations of others when entrusting others to act as agents for transactions.

10. When the user is detected as abnormal by the risk control system, the user explicitly refuses or does not actively cooperate to complete the further anti-money laundering verification work required by the platform risk control.

This platform will have the right to choose to directly identify this account as abnormal, and take measures including but not limited to raising the user's risk level, directly freezing the account and associated accounts of such users until the risk control evidence materials provided by the user have passed the risk control review of the platform.
